MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPER

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Product Management and Engineering teams to design, code, test and document new features and applications
• Create and maintain mobile applications and related ad serving SDKs
• Provide technical support to internal clients
• Understand system architecture with an eye to scalability and efficiency
• Assist Operations Engineering with troubleshooting in a 24×7 environment

Skills and Experience

• Minimum BS with 1+ year coding experience
• Experience with mobile application development environments including J2ME, iPhone OS, Blackberry, Android, etc.
• Experience with client side application scripting, e.g., JavaScript
• Experience with Java, Flex, scripting languages, and databases a plus
• Good knowledge of Linux or Unix OS
• Detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Open Source tools a plus
• Familiarity with software development and testing best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically
• Able to work effectively in small (often ad-hoc) teams
• Able to manage one’s own time efficiently
