During the prime holiday jewelry shopping season, Zales turned to Millennial Media to integrate mobile into the marketing mix to drive sales through in-store and online coupon redemptions.

Millennial Media’s extensive demographic and content targeting capabilities allowed Zales to effectively and efficiently engage its desired audience.
Engagement
Zales drove engagement with its target consumer through a unique mobile experience produced by Millennial Media. From the standard banner unit, consumers were sent to a custom landing page that prompted them to enter their email address to receive a special holiday offer. Consumers were then sent a customized html email that included the coupon they could redeem at a Zales store location or online.
