Paul Palmieri As Millennial Media's president and CEO, Paul is responsible for leading the company’s growth. He is an evangelist for mobile advertising opportunities for brands, and for the evolution of mobile media business models. A well-known pioneer and industry leader in the global mobile entertainment and data marketplace, Paul led many groundbreaking efforts while at Verizon Wireless. His leadership resulted in new and successful business models and sub-economies that have led to rapid growth in mobile media. Referred to as a “Content Guru” by Wireless Week, Paul has held key management roles with mobile and new media companies at various stages of growth to include Advertising.com, Tessco Technologies and American Personal Communications (now SprintNextel). Most recently Paul was a Venture Partner with Acta Wireless. Paul is active in industry development serving on the CTIA Wireless Internet Caucus Leadership Council, as well as the advisory board for the Mobile Giving Foundation. Paul is also an advisor to Launch Box Digital and three privately held companies in the mobile industry. |

Stephen Root Prior to joining Millennial Media, Steve held a variety of executive roles at Advertising.com - including senior vice president of operations, senior vice president of sales and most recently, chief operating officer. During his tenure at Advertising.com, Steve was instrumental in the company's industry-leading acquisition by AOL LLC. Prior to Advertising.com, Steve served in executive and senior management roles at TESSCO and Procter & Gamble. |

Chris Brandenburg In his role as CTO, Chris leads the development and operations of the company's MYDAS advertising platform. His experience includes leading engineering and operations for Advertising.com (acquired by AOL), and CAC2S software engineering with Solipsys (acquired by Raytheon). He has consulted with behavioral targeting companies on the development, integration, and implementation of targeting technologies. |

Eric Eller Eric leads the product development and marketing functions for Millennial Media. Over the past eight years, Eric has been an executive leading diverse advertising centric organizations and disciplines for Advertising.com and later AOL. His experience most recently includes senior management roles in product marketing, European operations (and start-up), and was the original technology chief at TeknoSurf which later became Advertising.com. Eric's teams delivered industry leading ad delivery, optimization, behavioral targeting and search management solutions for Advertising.com's advertiser clients. Prior to joining Advertising.com, Eric was a principal consultant with Syscom, Inc., where his clients included Citigroup, First Union and Royal Bank of Canada. |

Peter Bassett Peter leads the company's advertising sales group and serves on the executive management team. Prior to joining Millennial Media, Peter served as senior vice president of advertising sales and recruiting solutionsatCommunity Connect Inc. for six years managing revenue for the leading online niche social networking sites: Blackplanet.com, MiGente.com, Asianave.com, Glee.com and Faithbase.com. Peter developed his business management, sales and marketing careers in the U.S. and overseas through various positions with multinational companies and small technology start-ups. Peter has held divisional and regional sales and marketing positions in technology for more than 17 years, with companies such as Citibank, N.A., and Diebold, Inc. His most recent position prior to joining Community Connect was as vice president of sales at JobDirect.com which was successfully sold to Korn Ferry International in 2001. |

Jeff Tennery As senior vice president of publisher services, Jeff is responsible for the growth and development of the company's industry-leading branding and performance-based mobile advertising networks. Jeff brings nearly 20 years of sales and management experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, including executive roles at Verizon Wireless, SunCom (Telecorp PCS) and AT&T Wireless. While at SunCom, Jeff was a key member of the team that facilitated AT&T Wireless' acquisition of the company. Jeff has also achieved great success as an entertainment broker in the wireless industry throughout his career. Jeff joins Millennial Media from NTELOS where he served as vice president of wireless sales. During his tenure at NTELOS, Jeff played a pivotal role in the company's IPO. Prior to NTELOS, Jeff served as vice president of wireless operations for dotPhoto. |
