Paul Palmieri Paul has spent the past 16 years building businesses in and around the wireless technology and media industries. As a founder, corporate executive, investor, industry leader and entrepreneur, Paul’s work has had a profound impact on the growth of the mobile media industry. Paul is active in economic development - serving on the Board of the Greater Baltimore Technology Council, and on the advisory board for Washington, DC-based incubator LaunchBox Digital. In his community, he serves on the advisory board of the Mobile Giving Foundation, and as a member of the President's Council at Mount Saint Mary's College.

Prior to joining Millennial Media, Steve held a variety of executive roles at Advertising.com - including senior vice president of operations, senior vice president of sales and most recently, chief operating officer. During his tenure at Advertising.com, Steve was instrumental in the company's industry-leading acquisition by AOL LLC. Prior to Advertising.com, Steve served in executive and senior management roles at TESSCO and Procter & Gamble. |
Carl Wartzack Carl recently joined Millennial Media as the new Senior Vice President of Networks. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the growth of Millennial Media’s publisher network, product management and ad operations. Carl is a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of senior executive management and business development experience, including a deep knowledge of advertising networks and interactive media. He has an exceptional history of leadership success in product management, operations, campaign strategy, and technology development. Prior to joining Millennial Media, Carl served as the Chief Operating Officer of DigitalSports, where he led all advertising sales, operations and content development. He previously held senior management positions with Yahoo! and Advertising.com, where his guidance and vision was instrumental in achieving breakthrough revenue growth through the creation and development of industry-leading networks, products and solutions. Carl has also held product management positions at Washington Post Newsweek Interactive and Bell Atlantic. |
Chris Brandenburg
In his role as CTO, Chris leads the development and operations of the company's MYDAS advertising platform. His experience includes leading engineering and operations for Advertising.com (acquired by AOL), and CAC2S software engineering with Solipsys (acquired by Raytheon). He has consulted with behavioral targeting companies on the development, integration, and implementation of targeting technologies. |
Marcus Startzel Marcus is responsible for advertising sales for Millennial Media. A 10-year veteran of management and interactive media sales, he leads the sales organization and is focused on helping advertisers and agencies utilize mobile to achieve their broader business goals. Prior to joining Millennial Media, Marcus held leadership positions with Digital Sports and Advertising.com / Platform A. As VP, Sales at Advertising.com, Marcus inspired his team to lead the company to great success in the digital media space by developing creative and winning selling strategies. Marcus is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and served as a Nuclear Submarine Officer. |
Erin (Mack) McKelvey As Vice President, Marketing, Erin (Mack) McKelvey leads all areas of Millennial Media’s corporate and product marketing, external communications, and industry relations. She brings more than twelve years of marketing and communications leadership, including experience in the entertainment and mobile industries. Prior to Millennial Media, Mack was a senior director of marketing at SIRIUS XM Radio. Before SIRIUS XM, she held senior roles in the marketing organizations within VeriSign’s global Communications Services’ division, American Management Systems’ global Communications, Media and Entertainment division, and 2nd Century Communications; she also brings agency experience from Edelman Public Relations and Alexander Communications (now Alexander Ogilvy). She is a member of the Mobile Advertising and the Women in Wireless Committees within the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA); and she is a member in the Mobile Advertising and the Networks and Exchanges Committees within the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB). |
Jeff Tennery As Senior Vice President, Publisher Services, Jeff is responsible for the growth and development of the company's industry-leading branding and performance-based mobile advertising networks. Jeff brings nearly 20 years of sales and management experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, including executive roles at Verizon Wireless, SunCom (Telecorp PCS) and AT&T Wireless. While at SunCom, Jeff was a key member of the team that facilitated AT&T Wireless' acquisition of the company. Jeff has also achieved great success as an entertainment broker in the wireless industry throughout his career. Jeff joins Millennial Media from NTELOS where he served as vice president of wireless sales. During his tenure at NTELOS, Jeff played a pivotal role in the company's IPO. Prior to NTELOS, Jeff served as vice president of wireless operations for dotPhoto. |
