Privacy Policy

Span of Privacy Policy
Millennial Media, Inc. is committed to clearly informing users about the collection and use of information when using our services.  As a result, we have put together this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect and use certain information.  This Privacy Policy applies to Millennial Media's mobile advertising products and services, as well as our websites located at www.millennialmedia.com and www.decktrade.com .

Description of Information Collected

Information provided by user
Millennial Media collects three kinds of information from its users:  Personal Information, Demographic Information and Anonymous Information.  All three are described below.

As you use our Services, you may choose to provide personally identifiable information about yourself such as your name, email address or mobile number (“Personal Information”) in connection with our Services or for the benefit of a specified advertiser.  Personal Information will only be collected from you when you have specifically chosen to provide us or our business partners with such information.

In addition, we may collect demographic information about you (“Demographic Information”) if you choose to provide it when using our Services, or those provided by our business partners.  Demographic Information may include your age, gender or location.

Lastly, we may collect anonymous information which does not identify any particular user, such as your page views or the number of unique viewers that were reached by a campaign (“Anonymous Information”).  Millennial Media utilizes cookies and other enabling technologies intended to provide the ability to differentiate one user from another and track their usage of the Service.  We may do this for the benefit of Millennial Media or its trusted business partners.  A “cookie” is a small file that may be automatically downloaded to your hardware to enable us to collect Anonymous Information as you use the Services.  These technologies are not used to capture Personal Information, as it is not the intent of Millennial Media to obtain and use Personal Information without your knowledge.

Use of Aggregate and Anonymous Information
Millennial Media uses information collected to make assumptions regarding the consumer's interests and preferences and to provide ads that best match the consumer's interests and preferences.  Ads are only provided, when consumers are voluntarily interacting with Millennial Media, or one of our network partners.  Millennial Media will use Aggregate and Anonymous Information to provide targeted ads.

Sharing of Collected Information
Millennial Media will not share, sell, or distribute any Personal Information to a third party without your prior consent, except as described in this paragraph.  We may access or disclose Personal Information as required by courts or administrative agencies and to the extent required to permit us to investigate suspected fraud, harassment or other violations of any law, rule or regulation, the Service rules or policies, or the rights of third parties or to investigate any suspected conduct which we deem improper.  We may also share Personal Information with our contractors who are using the information solely to perform services for us.  We may also transfer Personal Information in connection with the sale or merger, in whole or in part, of Millennial Media or the division responsible for the applicable Services.

Demographic Information and Anonymous Information may be shared with Millennial Media's trusted third party business partners and other third parties.
